HOUSTON, TX – One person died following a multi-vehicle collision on the Texas Medical Center campus early last week.
According to a report by the Houston Police Department, the April 27th crash took place at about 5:35 p.m. within the 6900 block of Fannin Street, at the intersection with Holcombe Boulevard.
Investigators believe the driver of a Chevrolet Captiva drove through he red light and collided with a Chevrolet Camaro. An 80-year-old female passenger in the Captiva was rushed to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries several days later on May 3rd.
It is unclear if any other individuals were injured as a result of the crash.
