News: Man pinned after being struck by METRO bus in downtown Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A man was pulled out from underneath a METRO bus after being struck near downtown Houston Saturday night.

According to a report by KHOU, the man stepped out in front of the bus at about 10 p.m. near the intersection of South Main Street and Underwood Street.

Firefighters worked for about 10 minutes to free the man who had become trapped under the bus. He was rushed to a trauma center for treatment of “heavy injuries.”
