HOUSTON, TX – A 43-year-old man is facing manslaughter charges after a rollover collision that took the life of his female passenger on Monday night.
According to a report by the Houston Police Department, Kenneth Lionell Walker lost control of his Dodge pickup truck at about 9:20 p.m. within the 4100 block of Wayne Street.
The pickup skidded into the intersection at Crane Street where it overturned and crashed into a utility pole.
Walker’s passenger, a woman in her 40s, was partially ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity is being withheld at this time.
Walker was fully ejected and transported to a nearby hospital with only minor injuries. He has since been booked into the Harris County Joint Processing Center.
