News: 2 killed after reckless driver hits ATV in Houston
HOUSTON, TX – Two juveniles were killed after an ATV collision caused by a reckless driver in north Harris County last week.
According to KTRK, the accident took place on Saturday, May 8th within the 4400 block of Rosemary Lane, near the intersection with Keith Road.
Investigators say the 17-year-old driver and 6-year-old passenger were thrown from the ATV after being struck by the 18-year-old male driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe. The 17-year-old died at the hospital a short time later.
The 6-year-old passenger on the ATV was rushed to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries on Monday.
The man in the Chevrolet was considered in stable condition after the crash, his four passengers were unhurt.
