HOUSTON, TX – A crash on the Katy Freeway took at least one life on Thursday morning, reports KTRK.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the intersection of Katy Freeway and Barker Cypress around 5:45 a.m. The accident occurred in the westbound lane and shut down the main lanes for hours as crews cleared the debris.
The exact cause of crash is not known, but video taken at the scene shows that a semi-truck and a white SUV seemed to be involved.
