HOUSTON, TX – A man is facing two charges of intoxication manslaughter after a four-vehicle collision in Northside, Houston left two people dead on Monday evening, reports Fox 26.

The man being held responsible for the collision is Sergio Davila-Rodriguez, the driver of the blue Ram pickup truck involved in the fatal crash on Little York Road around 7 p.m. Monday evening.
According to reports, Davila-Rodriguez lost control of his truck after he hit a curb causing him to lose control of the vehicle. He then crossed into the eastbound lanes where he struck a Kia head-on and rolled his truck.
A female passenger of his truck was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Paramedics also declared the driver of the Kia dead at the scene of the crash.
