HOUSTON, TX – A hit-and-run driver injured a child in southeast Houston on Saturday evening, reports the Houston Chronicle.
According to police, a 4-year-old girl was playing in the 6700 block of Japonica St at around 8:10 p.m. when she was struck by a four-door sedan.
The woman driving the sedan stopped briefly and then fled the scene. It is unclear whether she has been apprehended.
