HOUSTON, TX — At least one person was injured Tuesday morning in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 610 near the Shady Acres area in Houston, according to City of Houston.
The collision occurred on the westbound lanes of I-610 near the North Durham Drive exit to North Shepherd Drive. It was first reported shortly after 11:00 a.m.
Few details have been shared at this time, but Houston police, fire crews, and EMS personnel responded to the scene of a serious crash.
The incident was determined an “FSRA” event, indicating the causing driver failed to stop and render aid to the party involved.
