HOUSTON, TX — One man was critically injured Tuesday night after a vehicle crashed off a North Loop Interstate 610 ramp in northeast Houston, according to Houston Chronicle.
The accident happened on the ramp from North Loop 610 eastbound to the northbound lanes of Eastex Freeway (I-69) at around 11:00 p.m.
Little information has been reported on the events leading up to the crash, but officers assisted two men, the driver and a passenger, out of the wrecked vehicle, which had caught fire. Both victims are believed to be in their 20s.
One of the men suffered severe burns and was listed in critical condition. The other man sustained injuries considered non-life-threatening, according to authorities.
