HOUSTON, TX – A man was struck and killed as he was attempting to cross a busy roadway in northeast Houston last weekend.
According to a report by Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the accident took place on April 24th as Trinidad Martinez Junior was struck by a white Chevrolet Malibu while attempting to cross N. Lake Houston Parkway at Greensbrook Garden Dr.
Martinez was pronounced dead upon emergency crews’ arrival at the scene. The driver of the Malibu, Kelvin Thomas, remained at the scene and did not display any signs of impairment. It is unclear if any charges will be filed in connection to the fatal crash at this time.
