Police investigate fatal 3 vehicle collision on W Little York Rd

HOUSTON, TX – According to KTRK, a man died following a three-vehicle collision on W Little York Rd Saturday.

At around 10:17 p.m., the driver of a Range Rover was heading east on W Little York Rd when it crossed into the westbound lanes and collided with trees. The Range Rover driver then slammed into a Honda HRV, causing it to flip over. A Toyota Camry then struck the side of the Range Rover. Following the collisions, the Range Rover caught on fire. The blaze spread to the Honda and the Toyota.

First responders pronounced the Range Rover driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle during the collision, dead at the scene. They transported the driver of the Camry, a juvenile, to an area hospital with serious injuries. The two passengers inside the Camry and the driver of the Honda were also hospitalized.

Police believe speed may have played a role in the deadly collision.
