HOUSTON, TX – A fatal crash involving two impaired drivers was reported on I-45 near Scott St Monday, according to CBS.
A driver was going the wrong way on I-45 when he crashed into a Nissan sedan. The driver of the Nissan exited his vehicle and was then fatally struck by a Buick around 2:40 a.m.
Police believe the wrong-way driver and the Buick driver were impaired at the time of the collision. The driver of the Buick was driving recklessly before the wreck. They may face manslaughter charges if an investigation determines he was speeding at the time of the collision.
