HOUSTON, TX – Police responded to a hit-and-run collision on Richmond Avenue this morning which they described as “major.”
According to the city’s response log, the incident happened in the 3800 block shortly before 10: 50 a.m. this morning.
The driver responsible for the collision fled the scene before police arrived.
We do not know whether anyone was injured at this time, but will provide further updates as possible.
The police response appears to be ongoing, and motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes if possible.
