HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A heavy truck accident Tuesday morning blocked a right shoulder on State Highway 146 near northeast Baytown, according to Houston Transtar.
The crash happened on the northbound lanes of the highway after Highway 146B, or North Alexander Drive. It was first reported by Houston Transtar at 10:32 a.m.
