HOUSTON, TX – The driver of a semi-truck fatally struck a bicyclist at 21700 Loop 494 Wednesday, according to HPD.
The driver hit the 26-year-old bicyclist in the northbound lanes of Loop 494 around 3:55 a.m.
Authorities will release the victim’s name once it has been verified by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
