HOUSTON, TX — Surveillance photos were released Wednesday of a suspect vehicle involved in a Houston hit-and-run crash that hospitalized a woman in July, reported Houston Police Department.
The incident took place on 12100 Beechnut Street near Alief at around 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 24.
A 27-year-old woman was crossing the road when a westbound vehicle struck her and fled the scene without rendering aid.
The victim suffered multiple injuries that included broken bones and head trauma. She was transported by paramedics to a nearby hospital.
The photos captured show the suspect vehicle to be a dark-colored, possibly black sedan. Its make and model have still not been identified.
