HARRIS COUNTY, TX — Two people were seriously injured early Tuesday in a single-vehicle rollover collision in an east Katy intersection, according to NTV Houston.
The crash occurred at Fry Road and Franz Road at approximately 2:45 a.m.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, a driver failed to maintain their lane, causing it to travel off the roadway and roll over at least one time.
A female occupant was airlifted to a hospital while a male occupant was transported by ground ambulance. No information has been released on the condition of either victim, but they are expected to survive.
Authorities have confirmed both occupants were impaired at the time of the accident. An investigation was underway to determine who was driving.
