News: 55-Year-Old Man Dead After Collision With 18-Wheeler on Fred Hartman Bridge

HOUSTON, TX – A man was killed after colliding with a tractor-trailer on Highway 146 Tuesday afternoon, ABC 13 reports.

The accident occurred just before 4 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the freeway on the Fred Hartman Bridge.

Few details regarding the cause of the crash have been made clear at this time. However, photos from the scene depict a black pickup slammed and pinned under the rear of the trailer.

The driver of the pickup was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
