HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A child was struck by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon in front of Twin Creeks Middle School in Spring, according to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable for Precinct 4.

Multiple police cruisers and medics responded to the incident in the 27100 block of Cypresswood Drive shortly before 4:51 p.m.
No other details have been disclosed on the events leading up to the crash, but the child was evaluated by Cypress Creek EMS.
It was unclear whether or not the child suffered significant injuries.
An investigation was underway following the incident.
