PORTER, TX – One man was left dead after a head-on collision in Porter on Friday evening, reports the Houston Chronicle.
At 9:20 p.m. an Acura sedan crashed into a Ford F-350 with enough force to push the truck backwards on impact. The man was speeding and did not have his headlights on at the time of the incident.
The accident happened where East Martin and Wayne Road intersect. The 34-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene by officials and has not yet been identified.
An autopsy has been ordered by Justice of the Peace Wayne Mack.
