HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A major vehicle accident was reported Tuesday afternoon near a shopping center in northeast Tomball, according to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable for Precinct 4.
Constables responded to the scene in the 8300 block of Creekside Forest Drive near Kuykendahl Road shortly before 1:00 p.m.
