KATY, TX – A Harris County sheriff’s deputy struck a 77-year-old man with his patrol car near 21411 Clay Rd Tuesday night.
According to Click 2 Houston, the deputy collided with the man, who was wearing all black in a poorly lit section of Clay Rd, around 11 p.m.
First responders transported the driver to an area hospital in stable condition with a head wound.
