HOUSTON, TX — A man died late Thursday after being hit by at least four vehicles on Texas Highway 6 near George Bush Park in west Houston, according to Houston Chronicle.
The incident took place on a span of SH-6 near Piping Rock Lane shortly after 10:00 p.m.
The man was initially struck by one car and then run over by four or five other vehicles. No one in the involved vehicles stopped to help the man.
No details have been reported on why the man was walking on the freeway.
Houston police are conducting an investigation and looking at surveillance video from nearby businesses.
