HOUSTON, TX – Police in northwest Houston were called to the scene of a major crash near I-610 this afternoon.

According to a report by Houston’s active incidents page, the crash happened at about 2:43 p.m. in the 4400 block of West 18th Street, just west of the freeway entrance ramp.

The events surrounding the crash are unclear at this time. However, no fatalities were reported as a result.

Drivers have been advised to proceed with caution in the area as delays are likely.
