HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department has released additional information about a fatal crash involving a three-wheel motorcycle on Friday.

According to their official report, an unidentified 35-year-old man was weaving his three-wheel motorcycle around northbound traffic on Cullen Boulevard at around 4 p.m. that afternoon when he lost control of the vehicle in the 11100 block. The motorcycle left the right side of the road, crashed through a chain-link fence, and then hit a metal grate. The man was thrown from the bike into an SUV that was parked nearby, while his motorcycle crashed into the side of Fiesta Missionary Baptist Church.

The man was rushed to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, where he died. His identity had not been verified by Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences as of this morning, and further investigations are ongoing.
