Deputies rescue woman, dog from submerged vehicle near Bear Creek Park

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – First responders rescued a woman and her dog from a submerged vehicle near Bear Creek Park Saturday, according to Click 2 Houston.

The woman attempted to make a U-turn when she came across high water. She then accidentally exited the road and crashed into a ditch.

A witness heard the woman call for help from the vehicle’s backseat and helped deputies locate her. Deputies rescued both the woman and her dog.

It is unclear if the woman was hurt in the incident.
