JERSEY VILLAGE, TX – Precinct 4 Constable’s deputies responded to a collision between an automobile and a pedestrian just before 11:20 a.m. this morning, according to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman.

The crash occurred in the 14500 block of Philippine Street where it meets Gessner Road. It is unclear if any injuries resulted from the collision.
Police have not yet determined who is responsible for causing the accident.
Roadways have since been cleared and traffic has resumed in the area.
